“Exhuma” (2024) is a South Korean supernatural horror film that delves into the mysteries of the occult.
The plot centers around a shaman named Hwa-rim and her protégé, Bong-gil, who are hired by a wealthy family to investigate a curse affecting their newborn son. The curse, known as ‘Grave’s Call’, is linked to a vengeful ancestor’s spirit.
To resolve the haunting, they must relocate the ancestor’s grave, enlisting the help of a Feng shui master and a mortician.
